1. About CoRShield and GoVoxo Pty Ltd

CoRShield is a subscription-based compliance record-keeping service operated by GoVoxo Pty Ltd (ABN 27 037 236 003), a Queensland-incorporated company. In these Terms, "GoVoxo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to GoVoxo Pty Ltd. "CoRShield" refers to the SMS-based compliance record-keeping service described on this website.

By signing up for CoRShield, making a payment, or using the service in any way, you ("the Subscriber", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Service

2.1 What CoRShield does

CoRShield is an SMS-first compliance documentation service that:

• Receives SMS messages from subscribers describing their daily pre-start vehicle inspections, fatigue diary events (rest stops, departure times, finish times), and other compliance-related information
• Uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to extract and structure data from those messages
• Stores that structured data in a secure database and provides access via a web-based driver dashboard
• Generates PDF compliance reports for download and distribution
• Compiles a Safety Management System starter pack — general guidance and organised records based on responses provided during setup, not a certified or audited document
• Provides a Roadside Intercept Pack — a summary screen showing compliance records for production at a roadside inspection

2.2 What CoRShield does not do

• CoRShield does not submit records to any government regulator, including the NHVR, on your behalf
• CoRShield does not guarantee that your records will satisfy any specific legal requirement or survive any specific audit or investigation
• CoRShield is not a legal service, accounting service, or compliance auditing service
• CoRShield does not provide an NHVR-approved Electronic Work Diary (EWD). Records generated by CoRShield are supplementary compliance documentation, not a replacement for an approved EWD where one is legally required
• CoRShield does not provide legal advice regarding your obligations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law or any other legislation
• CoRShield's Safety Management System starter pack is general guidance only. It is not certified, audited, or guaranteed to meet the SMS Standard or any accreditation requirement. Having a Safety Management System is mandatory under the HVNL only for operators seeking Heavy Vehicle Accreditation — you are responsible for determining your own obligations and should seek independent legal or compliance advice before relying on this pack for any purpose

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Plans and pricing

CoRShield is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the prices published on corshield.com.au at the time of signup. Current plans include Solo ($99/mo), Small Fleet ($249/mo), and Fleet ($449/mo). All prices include GST. GoVoxo reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to existing subscribers.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date your payment is processed and renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3.3 Launch discount

The "LAUNCH20" coupon provides 20% off the first month's subscription only. The discount applies once per account. From the second month, the full subscription price applies.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your dashboard at portal.corshield.com.au or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in a billing period.

3.5 Refunds

GoVoxo offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with CoRShield within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund your first month's subscription. After 7 days, no refunds are provided.

3.6 Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by SMS and email. If payment is not received within 7 days of a failed attempt, your account will be suspended and access to your records will be restricted until payment is made. Records are retained for 90 days following account suspension before deletion.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 Accuracy of information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to CoRShield by SMS is accurate, complete, and truthful. You acknowledge that CoRShield uses AI to extract and interpret your messages and that this process may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing your records in the dashboard and correcting any errors.

4.2 Compliance with law

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), the Chain of Responsibility provisions, fatigue management regulations, and any other applicable state or territory legislation. GoVoxo makes no representation that use of CoRShield will result in compliance with any law or regulation.

4.3 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your dashboard login credentials and the mobile number registered to your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

4.4 Acceptable use

You must not use CoRShield to create false or misleading compliance records, to commit fraud, or for any purpose that is unlawful. GoVoxo reserves the right to terminate accounts that are used in breach of this clause without refund.

5. Data and Records

5.1 Your data

Records you create through CoRShield belong to you. We store them on your behalf and provide access via the dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle your personal information.

5.2 Data retention

We retain your compliance records for as long as your account is active and for 90 days following cancellation or suspension. You can download your records as PDF at any time from the dashboard. We strongly recommend downloading and independently storing your records regularly.

5.3 Data accuracy

GoVoxo takes reasonable steps to ensure the accurate processing of your SMS messages but does not guarantee 100% accuracy in AI extraction. You acknowledge that records may contain errors arising from ambiguous or incomplete SMS messages and that you are responsible for reviewing and correcting such errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• GoVoxo's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CoRShield is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 3 months prior to the claim
• GoVoxo is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss including but not limited to regulatory fines, penalties, legal costs, loss of business, or loss of income arising from your use of or inability to use CoRShield
• GoVoxo is not liable for any failure or delay in the service caused by factors outside our reasonable control including but not limited to SMS carrier failures, internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events

7. Intellectual Property

CoRShield, the GoVoxo brand, the CoRShield name and logo, and all software, workflows, and systems underlying the service are the intellectual property of GoVoxo Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own compliance record-keeping purposes only.

8. Modifications to the Service

GoVoxo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the CoRShield service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Termination

GoVoxo may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use of the service is unlawful, or if we are required to do so by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
